Our smart mailboxes offer the perfect combination of timeless design, ease of use and digital innovation. They enable secure, convenient and individually controllable mail reception. Control is handled digitally via a mobile app over Wi-Fi or Bluetooth.
Modular, modern, maximally flexible
All models are fully compatible with common Swiss intercom (Sonnerie) systems, with or without video. On request, the intercom can be integrated directly into the mailbox unit, creating a compact, elegant overall system.
Integrated LED lighting ensures optimal visibility and increases everyday convenience. A wide choice of colours is also available, so every unit blends harmoniously into its architectural surroundings.

Parcel boxes to the Swiss parcel-box standard
Alongside the mailbox, we offer smart parcel boxes built as API-connected units to the Swiss parcel-box standard. Parcels are delivered, collected and returned around the clock right at the home address, with no missed deliveries or trips to a pickup point.
- For all carriers: The standard is non-discriminatory. Swiss Post, DHL, DPD, Planzer and other connected carriers use the same box.
- Receive and return: Place returns and outgoing parcels in the box too, and the carrier collects them, with no trip to a drop-off point.
- Easy access: Recipients open the box physically by PIN, key, badge or chip, or digitally via app, QR code, NFC or Bluetooth. Delivery and pickup are reported automatically.
- House box or area box: As a house box directly on a detached house or apartment building, or as an area box for entire neighbourhoods and developments, always right next to the mailboxes.
- Compartments in every size: Compartment sizes from XS to XL per the standard, matched to the number of residential units.
The parcel box does not replace the legally required mailbox; it complements it as a voluntary additional service.

No. The legally required mailbox remains. The parcel box is a voluntary additional service for parcels.
