Google Tag Manager (GTM)

We use Google Tag Manager by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”) to manage downstream tags (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insight Tag) on a consent basis. GTM itself sets no cookies and collects no personal data.

Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

After you consent to analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 collects anonymised usage statistics (e.g. pages viewed, approximate region, device and browser, time on page) to improve the website. IP addresses are processed in truncated form. Retention in Google Analytics: 14 months. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR / Art. 31 revFADP).

LinkedIn Insight Tag

After you consent to marketing cookies, the LinkedIn Insight Tag by LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland may be loaded. It enables reach and conversion measurement and audience-based marketing on LinkedIn. Here too your consent is the legal basis.

Transfer to the USA

Google and LinkedIn may transfer data to servers in the USA. This is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; for Swiss transfers the SCC recognised by the FDPIC apply.

Server log files

When you access the website, technically necessary data is processed by the hosting infrastructure, such as the IP address, date and time of access, the page requested and the browser used. This data serves the secure and stable operation of the website and is not combined with other data sources. The website runs on the cloud infrastructure of Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Contact form and email

If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process the data you provide (name, email address, subject and message) in order to handle your enquiry. Transmission takes place via the AWS email service to our mailbox. For processing and traceability, we also store the enquiry in a database in the AWS cloud (data centre in Switzerland); this may include your IP address. We retain this data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions. We use it solely to respond to your enquiry and do not pass it on to third parties without your consent, unless this is necessary to fulfil a contract.
